Our products

3. You may avail of our products by purchasing a monthly subscription for our online courses. The training videos, content, and materials included in your subscription will be made available to you when you log in using the email address and password you have provided, upon verification of your complete payment.
4. Sifu Martin cannot guarantee that all content, functions, and materials within this website are fault-free and without any inaccuracy or errors.
5. Sifu Martin reserves the right to modify any part of the products offered on this website provided that the modification does not materially reduce the content and quality of the products.
Cancellation and refund
6. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription is automatically renewed through your preferred payment method every month unless you cancel.
7. You may still log in to your account after you cancel your subscription, but you will no longer have full and unlimited access to our products.
8. Your account will be closed after one year of cancelling your subscription unless you re-subscribe within that period.
9. You are entitled to a full refund of your purchase within two weeks after your subscription is confirmed if you are not satisfied with our products. If you want to request for a refund, you must write to us at info@practicalwingchun.dk.
10. Sifu Martin reserves the right to evaluate each refund request at our discretion and deny any unfounded or unreasonable request.
Limitation of liability
11. Sifu Martin’s liability to you from any damages or losses as a result of our breach of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product directly involved in the damage or loss.
